Can you legally hunt in Texas with a crossbow..meaning rabbits,deer??..I know you have to have a special permit to use one during bow-deer season but what about rifle season??

You can use one during rifle season for deer, and anytime for non game animals, ie hogs, rabbits, varmints etc.
