Hello there gurus
So its clear that after pulling bullets I need to do some resizing job. One should think that only neck sizing would be needed, right? What about lubing, do I need to lube the cases before? The last thing I need is a stuck case with a live primer!! Be so kind to help me out here,

Thanks in advance and all the best,

kakali
kakali,
Assuming you have pulled the decapping pin out of the sizing die, you can get some mica, or dry molybdium disulfide (sp) and put it on the case mouth to keep the expander plug from sticking. If the cases are new, or were sized before reloaded, you should be able to back your sizing die off and only go down about 3/4 of the neck and resize to get proper bullet tension
As saddlesore says be sure the decaping pin is backed out of your die. You can get some powdered graphite from the auto parts store that is used in locks and use a Qtip to swab a little inside the neck and on the outside of same. Back your die out until you are just doing @ 3/4 as he says. Works like a charm.
