I need a couple starting loads for Barnes 140 gr. TTSX. I have H870 and H1000 on hand. The Barnes web site has nothing for the TTSX.

start around 90grs of H1000 and work up....should max in the 3450-3500fps area

hey allan S just got a sendero in 7mm ultra mag retumbo worked pretty good i am going to use 162gr spbt have u shot it yet if so how do u like the caliber

+1 for retumbo, great powder for caliber

+2 on Retumbo.

95gn Retumbo and 140 TSX bullets for 3450fps. Work up please.

I could go faster with RL 25 and Retumbo (alot faster) but my best accuracy came with IMR 7828 w/140 AB at about 3400fps. Good accuracy with 140TSX w/ RL22 at about 3400 also. 7828 seemed to shine best with rem 9.5M primers.

Accuracy gives you confidence. Stay where you are happiest.
