I asked earlier about a specific CEB bullet, the 40gr .22 caliber FBHP, but got no response.
Anyone out there used any of the CEB bullets on game or paper?

Their website, as expected, makes them look really good.

They are expensive but they are available right now.

Yes sir, I have used them on paper out of my 7-08AI. Found them to be very accurate...but as you said expensive..and no more accurate than the Barnes TTSX. The advantage for me is that they come in 130gr 7mm, one of the few 130 premium bullets available. Personally I like a 130 7mm better than a 120 7mm. I really like the GS custom 130 7mm but they are expensive and have to be shipped from Africa.
IIRC RinB posted the results of a culling trip to Africa where he used the Raptor. I think it was either in Gunwriters or Big Game Hunting.
I use them in my 338 and they will shoot in the .30 at 300 meters for three shots. No game kills as of yet but seasons coming
