I had a Handloader Magazine, October 2013 issue that inadvertently got thrown out.

Would someone be kind enough to provide with the load data for the 140 TTSX (starting and max loads and Velocities plus barrel length of the marlin XL7 test rifle). I believe the powders tested were RL15 and MR2000.

if things go according to my plans, I will be taking this same model and caliber on an October Moose hunt with my daughter.

Thanks in advance.
The Brian Pearce article to which you are referring lists the following:

Barnes 140 gr. TTSX

RL 15.
Starting load. 35.0 gr.
Max load 41.0 gr.

Velocity ranged from 2346 fps to 2727 fps

Power Pro 2000 MR
Starting load 38.0 gr.
Max load. 45.5 gr.

Velocity ranged from 2471 fps to 2887 fps

All these loads used Fed 210 GM primers and Winchester brass. Barrel length was 22".

Good luck on your moose hunt.
Thanks so much last round -very much appreciated.
You are welcome. If that Barnes bullet won't shoot for you, try a 140 gr. Partition over 41.5 gr. of RL 15. Works great in mine........
