First off they are plain based bullets. You'll need to keep velocity down to around 1400fps or less, unless you like wearing out bore brushes. I would take the $55 and buy a used mould, Lee push-thru sizing die, and a stick of bullet lube. At that point you can make as many bullets as you want, as long as you stay on the good side of the garage men who can keep you in used wheelweights. From that point on you can make your own lead plinking bullets for a small fraction of the cost of 500 of these bullets, with very little effort on your part, indefinitely. (Plus your bullets will probably be better than these store bought ones.
