That's the advantage to an inertia puller. But these are said to cause minimal damage, so I doubt it's an issue. The bullet looks way different after the first inch of travel down the bore, so a few lines aren't going to mean squat.
That is the advantage of the Hornady collet puller. Extremely fast, the bullets are undamaged, and the powder charge is not spilled.
