Paul,

I asked the same question not long ago. Only a couple of responses

http://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/11624192/Bertram_Brass#Post11624192

I did find a thread on another hunting/shooting forum and the responses seem to be either very good or very bad and nothing in between. The bad say inconsistency in rim thickness and extraction groove.

Many of the good are for rimed cases such as black powder cases and nitro express cases.

I was looking at the 7mm WSM cases (it seems Winchester has discontinued them).

What cases are you looking for?

Thanks for the response.

7mm STW -- seems like Nosler (at $60+/25) and Betram ($30/20) are currently the only game in town.

I've posted this question on two other sites -- getting pretty much the response you indicated.

Nosler brass seems to be good quality but soft, limiting number reloads.

Any comments on Nosler brass would also be appreciated.

For $30, I may just grab 20 and give them a try.

Paul,

The price is not great and none in stock right now.

I saw those on Midway -- also, not in stock and no back order.

Factory direct a bit less expensive.

Thanks for the link.

I've only used it in 222 Rimmed and had trouble with split necks on the first and second loadings. Seems if the ammo sits loaded for very long the necks tend to split. I annealed all of the remaining stuff after I discovered this so we'll see how it lasts.
