Have a PACT electronic scale that will not calibrate. Tried calling PACT service phone number a couple times today. Got a "fast busy" signal both times. Sent an email using the email addy off their website. No response or acknowledgement.

Have not heard that they are out of business. However, seem to be a little difficult to contact. Maybe just a bad day on their end...

I would not panic. They're a small outfit and were probably just pretty busy. I'll bet you'll get an email back from them soon.

Not really in a "panic". I am in between contracts at the moment. Just trying to get caught on my "round to" list while I have time.

Per previous post, had an issue calibrating a PACT digital scale. Sent an email Friday. Received an email response first thing this morning with a call back number. Quick phone call and problem was resolved.
