I have a question. Did anyone ever produce a true round nose bullet in 224 diameter. I am aware of the semi pointed Sierra's and the Speer semi spitzer 70 grain? I saw a picture once of a Hornaday that was supposed to be a round nose but never saw it cataloged.

I make my own 60 and 65 grain bullets, but to the best of my knowledge, none of the major bullet makers produces them.

This is about as close as you will get is the Nosler Bonded Solid Base which is a protected point.
Last weekend they shot 1" in my AR with IMR4895 and CCI 400 primers:

Depends on what you mean by TRUE round nose, , but Yes.
