27.4 being max load as per Hodgdon.......std 223...
my AI formula has always been +10% = max in the AI
29.7 grs CFE 223 being MAX....gonna have a full case fur sure...
moly or bare ? my 223AI really runs well with 27.5/Benchmark pushing
a moly 53 gr V max.....28" 9 twist.....didn't realize CFE was sooo
slow....right next to BLC2......lotta of info on the 223AI down in the
basement..............

I have pushed mine up to 31gr and running the coal at 2.41 with 53gr vmax's. Velocity was 3750. Quite nasty on the pdogs.
