What powder are most of you using?
WSF is what my son is using. My research leaves me leaning to IMR 800X. I s it OK? I don't know anything about current powders. I had a batch of W473AA & haven't bought shotgun powder in 20+ years. Ran out and must resupply. Doves and occasional clay targets is the main intended use.

Like you, I haven't bought powder in many years. Used up or gave away most of what I had. WW540 was my favorite and I still have an unopened 8lb keg.

Green Dot always worked well with 1 1/8oz loads for me.
Have never reloaded for the 20ga.

Almost all of my shotgun loads are using a variety of Clays ("regular" Clays, Int'l Clays, Universal Clays), in 12, 20, and 28 ga loads.

I load mostly for sporting clays, so those loads are appropriate for your intended clays & doves.
