Good Morning,
I am looking for a 6lb or less .308 Winchester in stainless steel/synthetic.
Please PM what you have!

Not exactly an ultralight, but I do have an HS Precision Pro Series SA in 308.
Pretty happy with my Tikka T3X-Lite Stainless 308. Just a thought.
I’ve considered. Just looking to play with something new if possible. Thank you!
If you can find one a Kimber Montana would be nice. Mine is a real shooter. Good luck!
I have a Mauser M12 Extreme Impact in 308 that is new in box. I have another one that I am keeping. They are great rifles. $950 shipped. Can send pics if interested. It is like this, only not threaded.

I have a kimber pro hunter that has 10 rounds down the tube. Pm me if interested.
Look at the savage 110 ultralite with the proof carbon barrel
I have a Proof Elevation in .308 Win. It's been upgraded with a Trigger Tech Primary trigger and Hawkins Hunter bottom metal. Weighs 5 lbs 15 oz. 150 rounds down the 20" threaded barrel. Shoots sub .5 MOA with Barnes 150gr TTSX handloads. Recipe included. Like new cosmetically. $2,600 shipped. Let me know if you'd like a full set of photos.

My Kimber Montana (not for sale) .308 was just over 5# out of the box. I've been pretty happy with it, but be advised that the fore-end is a few inches shorter than a "full-size" rifle, which makes it a bit difficult if you're a tall fellow (I'm 6'-3").
I have one just like yours in 308 as well. Not what I’d consider lightweight, BUT I really like that rifle. I’ll likely keep it. It wasn’t real expensive, but it feels crazy, drives nails accurate and the first deer I shot with it was one of my best. Short and handy….it’s a keeper for now!
It weighs 7.3 lb., but I have a Matte Stainless Ruger Gunsite Scout rifle in 308 WIN. PM me if you are interested.
Pm sent on a Sako Carbonlight
The Kimber Mountain Assent weighs 4#13oz.
Do you know where one can be obtained?
