The pop up 28 is a great pack. I had mine loaded to 106 pounds and it held up well on a 2 mile steep haulout. I packed an entire boned out blacktail buck on the meat shelf and my essentials were in the pack itself. Admittedly not quite as comfy with a load as my beartooth on the guidelight frame, but it's also way smaller, lighter, and doesn't catch on trees and brush. This is my go to day pack; I love it.
