So is this the illum mil dot reticle I can’t tell based on posts and the elevation is it capped ?

Yes, the P3L reticle is the mil-dot with illumination. Both windage and elevation are capped.

Probably a long shot, but I'd be interested in trading this for a laminate hawkeye compact in either 7-08 or .308
