Our sportsman's club is hosting an NRA sponsored Women-On-Target instructional clinic later this year. We have an indoor range for live-fire exercises, however, due to the backstop construction we are limited to lead bullets at <1000 fps.

And for liability purposes, we are using factory ammunition.

Does anyone know of a source for exposed lead type ammunition for .380 ACP and/or 9mm? Magtech used to offer it but they replied their manufacturing is focused on supplying standard FMJ ammunition.
Maybe try a pm to Mackay_Sagebrush, Lost river ammo.
Maybe he can help you?
Might try SGammo they may have some.
Not cheap, but for 9mm you could get some Federal Syntech. Plastic coated lead bullets. I've never tried the factory ammo but I have loaded up quite a bit of 9mm and .38 super with (pulled) Syntech bullets and they worked great.

Probably going to want a heavier bullet to stay under 1000fps.
