100% new/unfired. I've owned this rifle for about a year but have never taken it out of the safe other than to mount a scope on it. It has never been fired and it's as new and pristine as one you'd buy today. Thinking I'd use it eventually I purchased an extra carbon fiber magazine from Seekins and that is also included. Although the March 1.5-15 scope and rings are not included if the buyer is interested we can figure that into the equation since I'll be selling the scope soon anyway. I will sell and ship this fine rifle with extra magazine from my FFL to your L48 FFL for $2400 (Alaska a few bucks more if needed for shipping). You cannot find one any more new or unfired than this one. Listed elsewhere so first posted "I'll take it" wins.

Yes, a 22" barrel. As far as I know all of these in 7 PRC come with 22" barrels.
