No way to tell, it's not marked as far as I can tell.
There should be two numbers indicating year of production on the underside of the barrel about an inch or so in front of the threads
From Justin’s site:

“The #7 ramp was used from 1958-1963 and is characterized by 18 longitudinal striations on the sloped portion of the ramp.”

Yours is 18; so 58-63.

Nicely done! Finding a good 270 fwt barrel is not easy.
