This rifle qualifies as a Curio & Relic (At least 50 years old).
As such, and fairly sure....
Any "buyer" maintaining a valid CR 03 FFL can have the firearm shipped directly to them interstate from the original owner. It's up to the owner to decide on whether to ship out the firearm through an FFL on his end only.
Buyer should request a copy of the CR FFL from buyer.
GLWS, nice old rifle....
NOt that this should effect the sale , but that's the federal law. I can speak for NJ when I got my C&R years back the nice lady who came to the house for my interview was extremely clear that NJ requires ffl for C&R firearms as well.
I know thats a NJ problem, but I figured maybe some other commie states would have similar.
