pretty decent deal there. When I saw DPMS I was thinking yeah too bad its a .223 chamber but the ad says 5.56 too.
All the ones on there for that make and model are low priced - and all about the same. Makes me wonder though - it they are that low in price where did they cut corners to get it that low? Must be some real budget parts in there somewhere.
I here what you saying an that maybe true but I just bought a ruger alaskan that was on there NIB the blk version in 375 ruger for $625.00 plus 25.00 shipped(an that was a buy it now price). to me thats a smoking deal
Well, for one, there ain't no forward assist on this model.
Bear - what is a forward assist?

Coyote- you bought the Ruger from the same people?

Click on that link and it will give you a good idea.
Thank you bear
not the same people but off GB..
I wanted one for my first AR till I really sat and thought about it. You really need that forward assist. Out in the field and it's a little dirty, now the bolt won't close all the way, time for a cleaning. hunt has delay.

Ken
Does anyone actually use the forward assist? is it ever even needed?
