I think if you ask questions like this on someone elses gun (who has pictures already in his ad) you would think oldman1942 would at least have pictures of his guns, if he wants to sell them???? A picture is what sells the gun, or at least interests the buyer.

I do my best to avoid ad hominem attacks because that's what my parents taught me but it sure is hard sometimes.

I don't like incorrect information, because someone who doesn't know any better might use it to make a decision that he might not make if he knew the correct information. I don't know the rules of the classifieds per se but if there are to be prices attached with the item for sale (like 99.9% are) then oldman should do the same and post his prices and make his items available or wait till june to post. If he can't do that, then he shouldn't sell on this classified. If these are indeed the rules; his post with his items should be pulled; regardless if he is a moron or not. Somehow, I don't think too many will be serious buyers of these items after this experience with this posting however.

I do venture outside the classifieds but sometimes it is better to listen then to speak. I have seen some of his diatribe but it only fuels his fire when rants go on like this. Some people thrive on it, I don't. I was a medic and fire chief for many years and had to deal with many personalities and horrendous life altering situations. I learned their are many paths to take in life and one with conflict only results in unhealthy stress. Talk is cheap and a lot of what I saw in his posts proves that out. My advice is not to give him an audience.

Now, I have spoken out about someone I do not know or have not walked a mile in his moccasins. I like to find the good in people if I can and it seems to pay back in dividends. I cannot say I have found too many rude or obnoxious people on this or other forums. What I have found is people that are looking to vent or make themselves out to be larger than life, tougher than Rocky, or king of the hill...........in their own eyes.

Thank you for posting this. I've sometimes wondered if OLDMAN was suffering ill effects from old age or if the guy had problems or issues. My gut told me no. I've read enough of his posts for his true personality to shine through. Your post with a reference of his true self going back to 2004 shows that this man is just a plain azzhole. This leaves no doubt in my mind that I was right all along.

The only reason he has a decent feedback is he sells books mostly.
