McMillan Sako Varmint stock inletted for a Remington 700 short action, BDL bottom metal(I used PTG steel - drop in fit), #7 HV contour Shilen, Holland recoil lug.

LOP measures 14.25" +/-, which is interesting as I ordered 13.5" and never noticed it all these years.

Uncertain what the fill was from McMillan - it currently weighs 2lbs 12 oz.

Bedded with Devcon with G-10 pillars.

Needs a paint job and a mild fill on a couple of spots to be perfect, but doesn't look bad as is. Has been on my medium twist 6BR for the last seven years or so.

Had this sold to a fellow, when he received it he said his action screws weren't long enough - wasn't a problem on my setup, but apparently was on his.
