These are the same ones I had up a week or so ago. I was not correct in my evalutaion of the binos. I don't know anything about glass. A very nice gentlement pointed out some stuff about them now after knowing what I'm looking at I would like to repost with a better discription. I hate it when this happens and will stand behind them. IF they are not as explained I'll be happy to return you your money.
Here's the gentlemans descprtion of them:
"The eye pieces do have numerous hairline scratches and the objective lenses have several scratches on them also and the right objective lens has 3 nicks in the glass. There is also 2 flecks of something on the inside of the left objective lens, when you look through them. "
They still seem clear but if your wanting pristine then these are not your pair. My apoligizing for the first go around as I wasn't trying to get over on anyone, just didn't know what I was looking at/for.
