Up for sale is a used but nice S&W 1500, same thing as a Howa 1500 or Weatherby Vanguard. 223 with sporter barrel. Factory sights have been removed. Shot 3/4" groups with ease. I just installed a new green Houge stock. has a little bluing missing on the floor plate/trigger guard but otherwise very nice shape. ask questions if you have them.

Do you still have the S&W stock or just the Hogue?

it came with a POS ramline when I got it, you can have that also if you want.

Is the contour the same as the Howa sporters? I.E. heavier than say a Remington or Ruger...

I'll assume a 22" tube and a 12 twist?

it fits the stock very well so I would say yes it is heavier than a ruger/remington. and twist I would definitely say 1/12 being from the mid 80's and 22" also
