For sale is an as new, H&R Shikari 45-70 single shot. Rifle is in superb shape, strong, nearly perfect case coloring on receiver and wood and bluing is near mint. I would rate this gun at a conservative 95% condition. Serial # begins with AJxxxxxxxx. Bore is shiny and rifling is as new and sharp. The only imperfection if you want to get picky is the factory wood to butt plate fit on one side of the stock, it is not quite as tight and crisp as the other side. It is actually a cleaning rod that comes with the rifle from the factory.

I cannot speak to the allowable pressure levels, I had never heard anything about it until you mentioned it. I would think this thing would be tough as nails the way this rig is assembled.
