This is a 1951 "H" prefix serial no. Marlin 336SC wafffle top,in 35 Remington. The gun is in fine working condition.The bluing shows very little wear and there is no pitting. The stock has some handling marks but nothing major, someone put a swivel stud in the marlin bulls eye but that could be removed and replaced easily. The receiver remains untapped for scope mount which is hard to find with these . The rifling is ballard and the bore is clean. Overall a very nice example. $450.00 shipped to your ffl.
