You might have the contours reversed on these two. The fluted blank appears to have a convex taper just forward of the shank, suggesting the Rem Varmint contour. The shorter blank appears to taper straight from the shank, suggesting the #7.

They are correct from top to bottom and so marked by Bartlein.
The fluted Krieger contour #7 has a muzzle of .750 and the Rem Varmint has a muzzle of .830
