Weaver V8 scope - 02/09/13
Following is a description of this scope I lifted off a website.
This is an older blued steel Weaver V8 2.5-8x40mm target scope with a pretty unusual triple crosshair: the two on the outsides are HEAVY and the one in the center is FINE, and they make a four square box in the very center. Also, it is a straight 1" tube scope, with the adjustments for windage and elevation being made with the back mounting ring. The rings are also made by Weaver and the back, adjustable one says WEAVER ADJUSTABLE PAT. NO. (TWO DIFFERENT ONES) U.S.A. The stamp on the eyepiece of the scope reads: WEAVER V8 EL PASO, TX USA PAT. PENDING
Condition of the scope is good both optically and cosmetically.Here is a pic of the adjustment.
