D&T with a 2.5 weaver post scope thats very clear and good blueing! I have a letter with this rifle, but it dont list the changes, butt stock has a Cheek pice. and a Bullet trap in the but . looks like Griffen & howe to me. it is what it is, I shot a spike with this gun in nov. but had a diffrent scope on it. the letter will go with the gun, $3150.00 shiped in the lower 48, to your FFL Im non. this rifle has a 1 inch longer pull and custom curved lever, the owner long ago had hiself a fine shooting, fine looking savage 99.
