Have this scope on a Anschutz .22 rifle, and it is way too much scope. It came on the rifle when I bought it so I don't know the history, but it is a Leupold. I don't know if there are ring marks, I haven't taken it off the rifle yet. I'm out of town until the first and I'll pull it of then and post better pics.

Should have said I'm looking for matte scopes as well, I don't think a gloss would look right on my stainless rifles.

I have a ton of offers, I'll get the objective size nailed down in a few days. In order of preference I'd like a 3.5-10 VXIII for my new .270 if I can't get that then a VX3 2.5-8 would be my second choice. I have enough offers for now and I thank everyone who has replied to my add.

All right I had time to measure the objective and it is a 50mm objective, the scope just says 4.5-14 on the gold ring. Serial number is a 145XXXB, it does have a ring mark that starts on the bottom of the scope and a scratch in the finish on the eyepiece. I don't think the scratch on the eye piece will show in the pictures but I tried to take one anyway. I'm still looking for hopefully a VXIII 3.5-10X40 as the primary trade.
