This is a nice Smith and Wesson, model 686-3, 4 inch barrel with pachmyer grips. It is in excellent condition. $550.00 delivered within the USA. I've seen ambi-safeties on 1911 models, but never saw an ambi cylinder release and ambi ejector rod on a revolver.

Can you choose the direction that the cylinder rotates as well?

Cold bore, these are very special pistols, you can even turn the cylinders around and shoot them backwards!
