Helping a buddy sell some Cooper rifles.

Cooper Model 22 Montana Varmint in 6.5x284. Rifle is unfired in box. Some light handling marks on wood. None would show in a picture. Metal is excellent. Talley bases. We have all seen the Cooper one hole test targets. This rifle comes with 10 boxes (200 rounds) loaded factory Cooper ammo that was used to shoot its one hole group. And the load data card is included. Ammo will have to shipped separate from the rifle. Price is $2150.00 Shipped/insured

Cooper 22 in 6.5 x 284. Ought to be a slayer.

Bump for a fine shooter.

Damn this is nice
serial # begins with "scheels", was this a special edition run? Sorry for my ignorance, I've never seen one like this.
Me too. I did some internet searching and found that Scheels is the name of a store that has Coopers made for them to sell. These rifles have the Scheels serial numbers. I think what makes this rifle special is that factory Cooper ammo with the load data card so you can reload the exact ammo for the rifle.
never seen ammo included, the data card comes with every cooper.
and they never tell you how MUCH powder...very nice rifle for sure...I love my '06...
The card I have is for the Cooper load. It has the powder charge, bullet and primer used. I am not sure where the original buyer got the information. But it is in with the ammo.

Can you tell me the weight on this rifle.?
I come up with right at 8 pounds on my scale.

bump
This is from a time when the Cooper's were still a small shop gun. The best period IMHO.
