I have a Steyr Model S in 458 Win Mag. It looks to be unfired, as the blanks are still in the scopemount holes, and the muzzle is still bright blue. Comes with extra trigger guard and extra magazine. Very nice piece at $300-$500 below market value.

Yes, a friend of mine uses his for his annual Whitetail hunt in PA. There are plenty of 45-70 power loads and up that work quite well.

Yes, if you reload for it, you can make the 458 Win Mag into just about anything with 300 to 600gr bullets. I have quite a supply of bullets as well.
