That rifle is guaranteed by the mfg to shoot MOA out of the box.

I already have a couple of 30-06s so I don't need another one. But $425 for a NIB Weatherby Vanguard II shipped, is a screamin' good deal. I just checked Gun Genie and the best price is $650.
