WTS Tikka .223 SS Varmint, Manners, AICS DBM - 08/13/14
Well, My shooting partner has forced my to build a 20 vartarg, so I'm letting this Tikka go.
For sale is a 223 1:8 twist Tikka T3 Varmint 24" barreled action, stainless steel. The action has been bedded into a Manners EH-1 stock (standard fill-not EH fill). The stock has one stud on the forearm. The stock is black, with dark and light gray Duracoat splotches. IMHO, it looks great with the stainless action. An Atlasworx AICS-compatible dbm has been bedded to the stock as well.
Additionally, included will be (2) 223 AICS magazines with the feed lips modified for the Tikka action, as well as a single-shot adapter that has been modified for the 223 cartridges and Tikka action. The 0 MOA EGW rail will come along as well. The rifle will ship with the factory bolt handle, not the tactical one shown as I have other Tikka rifles to use the knob on.
I bought the rifle used, so I am not sure of total round count. It appeared almost unfired when I bought it. I've shot a little more than 100 rounds through it, mostly some thrown-together 40 VMAX and 50 VMAX loads for a ground squirrel hunt. It has shot some good groups, and I'm sure can really improve with some actual load development.
Scope, rings and bipod not included
$1550 shipped
