The parer & boning is Dexter Russell ss,marked IRT. The Santoku is 440C ss
Pins are nickel & peened
Bookmatched dark figured ironwood . This ironwood is from the Baja region of Mexico and is cut from the same chunk.

Boning OAL 11-1/4" , 5-3/4" cutting edge , 3/32" thick
Santoku OAL 10-7/8" ,6" of cutting edge , 3/32" thick stock

These will hold a great edge,cut well, and the sharpness is easily maintained. This is a versatile set of 3,can do most kitchen tasks & would make a nice addition to your kitchen & knife line up. This set would also make a nice gift .

Great looking set. I have one of the 6" boning knives from Vince and it is my most used kitchen knife. I also have a coupling of the paring knives and they are very handy as well. A great set here for the house or the hunting camp.

I don't get that ironwood long enough for the boning knife handle,so 3 of them ,with matching handle in this material is kinda "rare" for these
