S&W 360 J frame in 357 Mag (also shoots 38 special, thankfully). SKU: 160357 , Scandium Alloy Frame, Stainless steel cylinder. Very rare to find them in this caliber. It has a pinned on front sight so you can upgrade to a night sight. The pistol had a misaligned hammer from the factory which resulted in strikes on the rear of the frame. The factory generously chose to replace the entire frame and consequently issue a new serial number, a letter from S&W detailing this work is included. Since getting the new frame the gun has been fired around 200rds. I have an extra set of rubber boot grips off a Taurus that will be included, these are nice because they cover the rear of the grip and offer a little better recoil control (and you'll need it). Includes S&W box, but not the original.
$550 Shipped

Ruger MKII Slabside Competition Target
Has the rarer 6 7/8" barrel. Realized when I took the photos it's missing one grip screw, if I place an order with brownells before this sells I will take care of that. There's some added Hi-Viz green paint on the front sight. I went full custom with another MKII so this one is now just an extra, AFAIK it's all stock internally and has about 4-500 rounds through it if the previous owner was truthful. Don't have the original box.
$450 shipped

USPS MO's only please.

ruger is spf
Buyer's wife found out...Ruger is for sale again.
Great deal on the 360, bump
Does the 360 have the lock or not?
It has the lock, I'm not sure I have a key to it either, I usually throw them away ASAP.
That s&w is a ruthless bastard to shoot with .357!
Bump. So you threw the key away on the second frame? It's unlocked for sure, I guess??
Yes, it's unlocked for sure. I was planning to remove the lock entirely, it's looks pretty simple to do.

You do need to get into a certain mindset to shoot 357's...imagine the target kicking your dog or something.

125 grain handloads at 1000 fps arent that bad.
So, this has the stainless cylinder, rather than titanium? Does that make the weight right around 14 ounces?
Nice deal on the 360!!!! Great everyday carry gun, very light and fits perfectly in the small of your back with a "in the pant" holster. You may even forget your wearing it at times. In addition, it makes a nice gun to carry in an ankle holster if you want. Yup, 125 gr ontop of H110 makes the pistol hard to hold on to. That bullet comes "screaming" out of there and you godda hold on tight. It's a fun ride though.... Up for a sweet little snub pistol that barks like a BIG dog!!!!!
Yes, stainless cylinder. I think S&W learned their lesson on the Ti cylinders and the stainless was something I specifically wanted when I searched for this gun. The S&W website says 13.3 oz. I toyed around with the idea of skeletonizing some of the rubber boot grips with a dremel to cut the weight even farther...strangely I never got around to it.

I'm not too familiar--what lesson was learned with the Ti cylinders? Are they a problem?
Seems they come apart around the front of the cylinder face, atleast according to internet gurus other than myself.

Trade interest is primarily in small gauge shotguns- 20gaSxS, 28 and 410 SxS or O/U's, nothing super low end though. Don't really need any more rifles or pistols. Would be interested in a really nice takedown shotgun case for 28"+ barrel.

I've been carry a scandium J frame for years. The 38 Special kicks hard! Great price on this revolver. But with the exposed hammer it isn't a pocket carry gun IMO.
I carried it pocket carry just fine, a Mika holster helps, you can draw with you thumb on the hammer if it bothers you, never had a hang up personally however.

Dropping the price on the Ruger by $20. The price on the S&W is firm.

For those who missed it, my trade interest is primarily in small gauge shotguns- 20gaSxS (not o/u), and 28/410 SxS or O/U's, nothing super low end though. Don't really need any more rifles or pistols. Would be interested in a really nice takedown shotgun case for a 28"+ barrel O/U.
Can't hold out any longer. I'll take the S&W. Pm on the way.
