M70 XTR 7MM REM and REM 700 30-06 - 10/20/14
2 rifles that I am just not using:
REM 700 SPS 30-06 Camo. It's in almost perfect condition. After receiving it I had my smith do a trigger job and install a Supercell recoil pad. Trigger is fantastic and breaks at 2.5lbs. I have put either 4 or 6 rounds through it...I cant remember which. It went to the range with me once and I was doing the break-in cleaning between each shot while shooting other guns and didn't get to shoot it much. I was shooting Rem Factory Core-Lokt 180gr in the green box and it was shooting about a 1.5" -2" group for those shots at 100 yards. Comes with Weaver bases.
$475 to your FFL from individual. If it needs come from an FFL I will only charge what my FFL charges me.

Win 70 XTR Sporter Magnum 7MM REM
It's only a new stock away from looking pretty again!
It's a beater as far as the stock goes (it's a B&C), but the bluing and metal are all in good shape. There is wear on the muzzle and some small rubs on the bluing. The shiny spots on the stock are slick patches and the corner of the recoil pad has a crack that you can see in a photo. I got this rifle in partial trade towards a bird dog and kept it as a loaner rifle. Functions fantastic and the action is smooth. My wife put a whole box of Rem reduced recoil rounds through it one day and it actually shot those really well producing 3 shot groups that ranged from 0.75"-1.5" three shot groups for her @ 100 yards. Since then that's what I've had people shoot through it at deer and hogs with great results. Comes with the high rings and the Simmons whitetail scope shown in photo.
$375 to your FFL from individual. If it needs come from an FFL I will only charge what my FFL charges me.

And YES... I do realize the ridiculousness of the scope bases...I was not the culprit...it works and I just never cared enough to change them!!
