Nice looking rifle it's sitting on. What are the specs?

Just a parts rifle I put together from used parts I had laying around. Older Remington action, new factory Remington 7mm-08 barrel, new takeoff stock and bottom metal, Talley mounts, leupold scope, it shoots really well for what it is.

Will add Talley mounts if buyer wants them.

Is that the 30mm tube version?
