Leupold Vari-X III 3.5-10 x 40 mm. This is a mid-90s (?) scope that rode on my Remington 700 up until a couple of years ago when in my infinite wisdom I thought I needed a Swarovski to replace it - I can't say it was my greatest decision, but I'm not taking the Swarovski off now (I'd have to explain this to my wife).

It has a couple dings and faint ring marks, but the glass is perfect and it held zero year after year. I had more confidence in this rifle/scope combination than any other. If you put a Butler Creek scope cover on, you'd never notice the ding on the objective - and it looks worse in the picture than it actually is. Good audible clicks when you adjust it.

Three day, no mount inspection period. First "I'll take it" trumps. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you'd like additional pictures. $325 to your door in the lower 48.
