I have an ANIB Leupold 2-7x33mm (part # 110685) with the Firedot 4 reticle and 1/10 MIL adjusters. I loosely placed the scope in a set of Precision TPS rings, mounted it on my rifle loosely, looked through it and have decided to get a different scope. No ring marks at all. Box and all papers. The red dot in this reticle is bright and extremely well defined. If you want to save over $100 this is a good deal if you are interested in this model.

$389 shipped USPS Priority Mail to the Continental 48.
Is this the 1/10MIL or 1/4MOA version?
Sorry for not mentioning that, it is the 1/10 MIL version.
What is the difference?
The metric 1/10 MIL turret adjusters will move the point of impact 1 cm for each click of the adjuster at 100 meters. So it is roughly equivalent to 1/3" (actually 0.36") POI change at 100 yards.

For this lower power variable I doubt the user will be using the knobs much once the scope is sighted in for the rifle. So basically you can just sight the scope in and then forget about the whole MIL vs. MOA conversions. This scope does have the latest twin bias spring erector system found in all new higher end Leupold scopes.

Long range shooters tend to use the MIL system these days as the 10-based math makes things a lot simpler.

You can read all about the scope and its features here: http://www.leupold.com/hunting-shooting/scopes/vx-r-riflescopes/vx-r-2-7x33mm-includes-metric/
