Very sweet and a good guy bump.
Nice. What model Micky?
TTT
Serial number? (approx. is fine)
Very nice rifle!
Beautiful rifle. You don't say whether it's a professional hot blued finish or cerakote, durakote etc... A couple things tell me it's made before '53, but the first 3 digits of the serial # would be nice. Thanks..
You couldn't build it for that price ! Great caliber to boot .
PM sent.

Two in 1 day? LOL!

Ray Montgomery is/was a perfectionist. I have several that he built for me and he does nothing but fantastic work.

Looks like a Hunter's Edge.
It looks great. Anyone going to ask how she shoots??
Rifle has a polished blue finished.
Serial# is 730XX.
The only bullets I shot through this rifle was 150 grain Partitions and TSX's. Partitions grouped at 1.5 inches at 200 and the TSX's went under an inch at 200 and a tight clover leaf at 100.

Here is the brass and dies that will accompany the rifle.

Sounds great Nathaniel. Great price on a beautiful custom rifle. Rifle originally built in '47 according to the serial # you give. I'm surprised it doesn't have the transition style safety lever. This should also have the clover leaf tang.
It is a clover tang and the barrel that came off was marked 48.
