Heym rifles were built on the intermediate length action. Made about 1976. Unlike FN rifles his one is single broached. The scope. bases and rings are not included. Weaver bases and rings come with this one. NOTE: there are three minor cracks that have been repaired. Forend at the tip, right side; toe of the stock; rear receiver tang. Action screws are 7 5/8" making this a commercial intermediate action???

Very under-appreciated rifles. Hinged floorplate with lever release,decent trigger and safety,bolt configured for scope and handsome stock with a cheek piece . What`s not to like?......and they are very good shooters. Bedded action on one for a friend while back with a Boyd replacement stock and it grouped very well. Indeed an intermediate action as the stock is listed by Boyd`s for a Yugo 48. Would jump on it at this very fair price if I didn`t have a half dozen aught-sixes now.

What kind of safety does it have, I can't see it in the photos. The crack in the tang was repaired how was it repaired, can I see a photo of it please.Was a replacement ferrule installed.
