Very nice savage 99 SN 674013 that shows a little honest use. Has not been altered in any way. I purchased this rifle a couple years back with the thought of re-barreling it but never got to it and it is probably to nice for that. I would like $550 shipped to your ffl. The tax man forces the sale.

Sure there is.. Forum member Lightfoot makes a super scope base that mounts to the rifle without any drilling tapping.

There are slings out there that attach with loops, without drilling or hardware.
