Is the barrel threaded? If so, for what action? What is the overall length? Thanks.

The barrel is a standard Adams and Bennet, formally sold by Midway. It's a 24" sportier weight threaded for large ring mausers chambered .025 or so short in 7X57.

Folks, I was wrong. Barrel is in the white. I had blued a different barrel instead. That will teach me to rely on memory... I didn't realize it until I pulled it out this evening. I PM'd DoubleTap to see if it made a difference to him and whether he still wanted it.

Still available, DoubleTap prefers a blued one. I'll be blueing again but not till field work is done, a few weeks I expect.
