EDC Drop Point ~ 1 of 1

This is a one of Michael’s rare Hunting knives. As an Artist Michael enjoys creation and experimentation, he decided to Hand Craft a few Hunters before the Show last year (each a different size and purpose) and this is the smallest of the group ~ an EDC Hunter that has a gorgeous appearance but is tough enough for any Camp or Woods Chore.

This is a Full Tang Hunter with a wonderfully comfortable Custom Contoured Handle of Black Micarta that has been Custom Milled Out on each Side to accept the Incredible Stabilized Spalted Maple Burl Inlay!

The handle Swells in the Center and has a Flare at the Butt to help keep the handle firmly in your palm.

The Handle Scales were cut from the same block so they match perfectly. This is some of the finest Spalted Maple that I have seen in the long time!

The Blade was Hand Ground from Robust 5/32 nds CPM S30V that Michael gave a Two Tone finish, the Flats have the Original Mill Scale left on them and Michael gave the Bevels a Labor Intensive Hand Rubbed Finish. There are subtle Thumb Ridges on the Spine for added Grip Security.

A Late Distal Taper at the tip will allow for Finer Cutting work or assistance in puncture. Michael is a perfectionist and crafted each part of this knife with care and precision.

This knife comes complete in a Custom Fitted Kydex Sheath that has a Felt Inner Lining to prevent scratching.
I'm asking $525 for this knife with shipping included in the CONUS ONLY!

The same knife was sold on the Fort Henry Customs site a while back. There's some additional information there, as well as more pictures including the ones that the OP is using in his listing.

http://forthenrycustomknives.com/product/zieba-drop-point-hunter/

In fact, their listing uses the exact same language as this for sale listing. Coincidentally, I'm sure.

Bump for a very pretty knife.
I bought it from fort henry
Funny how its a coincidence huh, ask before you assume. This is the only one and I bought it from fort Henry. Jackass
I simply provided info you hadn't or wouldn't, even when asked for. I found the fact that you're using Fort Henry's texts and pics interesting, and perhaps coincidental; a coincidence you confirmed.

It's a very pretty knife. Good luck with your sale.

A,

I don't often comment on others' post in the classifieds other than to give a bump. However, just for schitz n giggles I'll offer three observations/suggestions, and as such it will bump your sale to the top.

1 From my observation you've 50 posts. All are in the classifieds.

Over the last 80 or so days you have offered up 3 knives for sale. You've sold one to date as far as I can tell.

Perhaps if you would offer to ship the item you are selling and then give the member, who probably will have substantial number of posts in numerous forums and credibility and a "rep" here a chance to inspect first, then pay, you might have better luck.

2 Reduce your price and implement observation #1.

3 Go away and come back under a different sreen name, post for a few months in a number of forums, gain some "street cred". Then implement steps #1 & 2.

Best,

GWB

What a dick.... I'm out
Call me what you want. How am I being a dick buy selling something for what is worth. Everybody from the peanut gallery can piss off. If you are not interested then don't respond or post. Its that simple. It's easy to talk [bleep] over a computer when 90% of you wouldn't have the balls to say [bleep] to my face,
OK so here it goes, I have got off to a bad start with the members of this forum. I have only posted in the classifieds and should have gone elsewhere to introduce my self and talk about some of the outdoor activities I enjoy. First off my name is Tony and I want to apologize to anybody I have pissed off. I had no intentions to. Where to start? I'm an avid fisherman that enjoys mostly saltwater fishing for halibut, rockfish, striper, sturgeon and salmon. I am however getting into freshwater fishing. I love to hunt and pig and ducks are my game of choice. I have been backpackinand want to do some more. I'm also interested in bushcrafting. I collect hunting knives and have a passion for Bob Dozier, Randall, and other makers knives. I have a small family that I am getting into the outdoors and I love to travel. I hope this helps a bit and if there is anything else I forgot please ask. Thank you
Good deal
