Would a Remington Varmint Special fit in the barrel channel?

Juventine1... I've never opened up a barrel channel on a classic for a varmint contour so I can not tell you... For a drop in fit... NO... You would have to open up the channel...

FWIW, I had a Classic inletted for a Varmint contour from the factory, so it's technically doable. But.....I really wasn't happy with the setup, as the forend was absolutely maxed out and getting a little thin.

Somebody please buy this before I have to go out and find a new rifle specifically for this stock!

Goat... I do have a barreled action that would fit perfect... Rem Ti action, Rock #2 1:11.25tw 22" 308... Never been fired... Has your name all over it... grin
