For sale, 1983 CJ-8 Scrambler.

Has hard half-cab, some chrome (all factory stuff like grill, mirrors, etc.)

Runs well, 258 engine with minor oil leaks.
T-5 5 speed
Dana 300
AMC 20 rear
Dana 30 front
Widetrack

Minor rust on body, no perforations to floorpans
Some rough spots, but a good solid runner none-the-less.

Excellent project, or build "base". One of 27,000 ever produced.

Sand color.

Found there were two errors in the original post... the Tranny is a T176 4 speed & it's brown not tan in color Here's a photo, yup that's me, I got to drive it today...

I was chatting with my buddy earlier today, it sounds like he has decided to keep it & build it up, he is talking about buy'n an Aqualu Aluminium Tub for it and redoing everything.
