NIB Mcmillan Echols Shrike stock

Project changed and I went with a Win 70 action in a legend. This arrived a few weeks ago, has never had an action in it.

RH, Marble - 60Dk gray/20Black/20Lt gray, Borden timberline action (long action), no ejection port or bolt notch, BDL floorplate, #3 Shilen B/C. No pad.

Pardon my ignorance, but what does this stock fit?

The stock is cut for a Borden Timberline action which uses the same footprint as a long action Remington 700. The only thing that varies is the Borden has a bolt release notch that has been cut out on the left rear side of the action area, which a 700 action if installed would not utilize.

Is this stock already inletted? What is the difference in a Echols Shrike and the Legend?

It's partially inletted, there's no bolt handle cutout and no ejection port cutout yet.

The shrike is for Rem 700's and clones, the Legend is for Win 70's.

This particular stock was ordered for a Borden Timberline which is a 700 clone with the addition of a bolt release on the left side. A 700 action will still fit just fine.
