Listing this for a buddy, who happens to be a member here (JMP), but can't post the listing with pics. If you are interested, PM me, and I will put you in touch with him.

This build was designed to be a "walking varminter" but you can you can still see the shots on squirrels through the scope. It was just recently completed and has less than 250 rounds through it. Here are the details:
-- New model seven action that was one of the blackout actions that were being sold new recently. Face of action was squared and lugs were lapped.
-- bolt handle was threaded and a badger tactical knob was installed
-- Holland .250 stainless recoil lug
-- 1-12 twist Lilja barrel, remington magnum contour, 21 inches long, bead blast finish, recessed crown
-- Calvin Elite Model 7 trigger --- it is their new trigger they made to compete with the jewell and it adjust down nicely
-- Talley one piece rings which Talley modified to accept the 8x40 screws that come on these particular remington blackout actions
-- Mcmillan model seven ks stock that is black with 2 lighter colors speckled paint. It has been beautifully bedded (one of the nicest I have ever seen) by a friend that paints stocks for some of the guys on 24hourcampfire (I can send you his info)
-- PTG adl trigger guard (has false front screw)
-- BAT stainless guard screws. Back screw was turned down and re-threaded to fit smaller rear screw on model 7 action
-- set up as single shot with davidson ramp (it is held in by spring and hasn't been glued in at all so you could put in magazine box and convert to repeater)

price is $1200 for rifle or 1450 with Leupold vx2 3-9x40, duplex reticle, CDS dial. Scope was purchased new in April for this build. Comes with box, leupold rubber scope caps, all paperwork and certificate for additional CDS dial.

What gunsmith built this?

Action and barreling work was performed by his dad, who does excellent work. I've shot a number of his builds, and they flat out shoot.
